If I donate my services to a charity what type of tax deduction will I receive?

None. For individual taxpayers income is only recognized when received. If the income was never received no income was recognized by the taxpayer. It is true that you have given up an opportunity if you make your living in a service industry (i.e. Doctor, CPA, Lawyer etc), however the IRS only lets you take a deduction if the income was reported. For personal assets owned you can take a deduction for the fair market value of the asset donated.
