Bill Dahn, CPA

Bill holds an Associate Degree in Accounting Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, graduating with honors. He has been licensed in Oregon since 1981 as a Certified Public Accountant. Bill’s experience includes working with a "Big 8" accounting firm and several local firms in the Los Angeles area before moving to Oregon. In Oregon he has been a Vice President of Finance for a publicly held Dental Manufacturing Company and an Internal Auditor for an insurance company before opening his own accounting firm serving the Portland metro area from 1981 to 2007. In 2000 Bill was the proud winner of The Helen Keller Achievement award for charity work at a cancer research center, managing a toy drive for a Children's Hospital and Abused women's shelter; as well as for helping raise money to buy shoes and socks for elementary students that couldn't afford their own. He won The Apollo Achievement Award in 1969 while working as an intern at Rockwell International and working on man's first landing on the moon (keeping track of cost overruns). Bill has written and published two books on Fantasy Football. Currently aside from doing accounting work Bill helps care for his Mom. Among his hobbies are collecting music boxes, writing, reading, walking, comedy, movies, theater, sports, and blogging. Bill loves working at Napier & Company because of the quality of work that the firm produces and the pleasant people that work here.
